Description:: Layakari yoga is a vinyasa flow style with a strong emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and safety in the physical postures (asana). My classes are infused with themes of love, balance and the Eight Limbs of Yoga. My practice and teaching focus on satya at its core - finding and following your truth. I love to move and groove on the mat. If you would like to join me, my current schedule is on my website layakariyoga.com. Classes are always modified to meet you where you are in your practice (even if you're an absolute beginner). Private and corporate classes are also available
